[color=emo] Eudaemon What I got from it is that it's really sad that puppets and special effects can accomplish more than the $200M+ spent on the Last Airbender movie. But the puppets are beautiful. They look almost like BJDs. That movie is still the only movie whose mere existence incites a powerful burning feeling in my chest mad also I'm kind of sad because I should be able to recognize the language but I can't :T wtf are they speaking? don't sound like mandarin to me.
It's Cantonese, I think. Cantonese sounds very different than Mandarin.

[color=emo] Eudaemon It's Cantonese, I think. Cantonese sounds very different than Mandarin. That's what I was thinking, but it doesn't even sound that canto to me D; maybe cause I'm only used to hearing squealing cantonese girls lololol. Idk, I was reading along to some of the subtitles and trying to match it up to what I was hearing and I was failing hard ;__; my mom says it sounds like Shanghainese with a bit of mandarin. my dad would know since he speaks shanghainese but he's asleep.
she doesn't know what these shows are either but she thinks the dolls are creepy XD
