Now for the follow up i will use this:  Attack Veedramon HP: 24-10=14 MP: 36 Angemon HP: 38-5= 33/80+30/30= 63/110 MP: 24-20=4 Effect: -5hp every own turn

its ok you can still win:
Attack
Veedramon
HP: 14 + 25 = 39/105
MP: 36 - 15 = 21 + 11 = 32
Angemon
HP: 63-5=58/110
MP: 4
Effect: -5hp every own turn
