oh well, I'm kinda skyrim'd out from playing it for 3 weeks straight

I need to get Saints Row 3 though

its the only game where I can be Elvira, drive a pink limo with neon, and drift over people while listening to "Holding out for a hero"

I havent played much of skyrim since Skyward Sword came out.
I need to pick it back up, since I havent gotten that far /shame emo

Even though I've played almost 3 weeks straight, I haven't gotten far in anything.

Combination of character recreation OCD

(don't like a minor detail about character? MAKE A NEW ONE, level something up faster than something else? MAKE A NEW ONE)


and then getting distracted ever 15 minutes



also a pure hatred of being "the chosen one"

What's your favorite game series?

Depends on the genre! Dragon Quest for JRPGs, Mario for platforming, Zelda for action adventure, and I have to say Pokémon simply for loyalties sake (and I'm too lazy to BS a unique genre for it).

What system(s) do you play?

DS (for GBA and DS games), Gamecube, and PS2. I'll occasionally play my GBA for my old Zelda games though. =3 I think I'm getting a PSP for Christmas.

Favorite game character overall?
Ooooh, that's a tough one. o.o Um...Kanji from Persona 4 for now. I'll probably answer again later when I think of a character I like more.

At the moment I'm playing Okamiden. I haven't seen anything in it to make me think that it's better than the first game, but it's been pretty fun so far. ^^

Ah video games. Such a big part of my childhood, but for whatever reason fell out of gaming during my teenage years and only got back into it a few years ago (I'm 22 now in case anyone wonders). My favourites are mostly from Nintendo because that was what I grew up on; like Super Mario, Kirby, Zelda, Pokemon,etc. I also love Monster Rancher and Amnesia.
I own a SNES, DS, Wii, GameBoy Colour, and 2 PS2s.
As for favourite game character overall...hell that's a tough one. But the first that comes to mind is Galacta Knight. Because he has the most bitchin' theme song and I can't help but envision him as the most flamboyant douchebag of all time. cool

Whats your favorite game series? Shin Megami Tensei all of them. It is to the extent that I will not buy a game system until there is a SMT game for it thus I do not own Wii, PlayStation 3, or X-Box. I've replayed Persona 3 more than any other game and am currently playing Devil Survivor. I also like Neverwinter Nights [PC] a lot just for all the user-created modules.

I was just talking about chrono trigger with my coworker at gamestop.
That game is so fun, havent beaten it though, got to the final battle and got frustrated so i rage quit

I got to the very freaking end a couple years ago, and when I got home from school I was informed that my uncle came and took some games that "nobody wanted" one of which was trigger (as well as the game system).

Not sure I ever got over it ;-;

I'm looking into getting Nocturne at some point since apparently it's a pretty hard game. How does the battle system compare to the Persona games? I know that there's a push system that's kinda like the 1 More in Persona 4, but aside from that I'm not entirely sure. Also, is that the game where you ought to keep your Pixie until pretty much the end of it?

Granted, I'm kinda assuming that you've played Nocturne here. If you haven't then I apologize. xd
