So has anyone tried this method? Did you see results?

Are you talking about workouts like insanity? I've started the workouts and end up quitting around week 3 of month 1 )':. I dont know how I lose my motivation but it's sooo annoying. I can tell you though that yes I noticed my stomach looked smaller and I was feeling stronger. I had more energy as well. I'm planning on starting again this week.
Here's a video of a girl who's my age and she pushed herself and she got amazing results. Her name is Elena. I asked her how she did it and she said "You have to ask yourself 'how bad do I want it?' and just do it." She truly is motivating. You can tell in her before pics that she wasnt happy. She looks even better now in her fb pics.
So yeah I'd say it works. You have to push yourself though and have that discipline to stay on track. Thinking about your goal weight is usually enough for me.
