   Enrollment The office this brilliant Webday morning was punctuated by a strange sort of ruffling sound.
The office Shredder looked left and right. To their left, a gnome, muttering something about skitters as they mopped up the floor. To the right, a... large blue thing draped over the desk. This large blue thing had been occupying their property for quite a while now, and the Shredder had tried all sorts of methods to pester, cajole, and otherwise harass the Blue Thing until it left, but no such luck.
However, today there would be none of this. The Shredder was out on a mission.
It was on a diet.
Hellma would wonder a few days later why the Acceptance Bin seemed extra-ordinarily overweight.

Personality .//. Joachim in first meeting is a rather melancholic, grumpy, pessimistic reaper who has appeared to be rather content on insisting that something will always go wrong no matter what the situation or occasion is. He is quite content in seeing the unfortunate side of most things and has little interest in changing his opinion beyond even if things don't turn for the worse. Joachim doesn't sleep very well taking after his mother's mara genealogy leaving him with a rather grumpy, bag under the eyes appearance that seems to follow him no matter if he is able to sleep or not. He is easily agitated over little things such as people calling his mice rats, thread coming loose on his coat, people being far too loud for their own good.
Joachim however isn't exactly what someone would call evil, or cruel he doesn't have an issue if it comes to helping someone out as long as they don't annoy him. He is rather reluctant to do things for free yet he is willing to help out friends he finds in need. He isn't the world's greatest advice giver so if friends need any it would probably be better to skip over Joachim's opinion because it will usually result in something negative. He isn't a go getter so anyone interested in him being a friend or so forth would probably have to push him along, Joachim is just as content keeping his mouth shut and sitting in the corner with his mice than introducing himself to everyone. This shouldn't be mistaken as shy he just doesn't feel the effort of doing the whole greeting thing. He can be rather blunt in nature when it comes to asking him questions and forgets that others have feelings until they point it out to him.
Other than being easily agitated over specific things he doesn't seem to show a whole lot of emotion, you could tell him he was a jerk and he would shrug his shoulders and tell you that was the way the tombstone crumbled. He doesn't seem to smile much or cry but those things are probably tucked away in need of dusting off.
Joachim's hobby consist of playing wind instruments specifically flute. Next to his mice it's probably the only thing he cares about and can be seen practicing it whenever he can. He strives to be one of the best flutist in Halloween Town if not the entire world of things. Despite his appearance and lack of emotion there seems to be a lot of emotion and passion in his playing in which he can move his audience depending on the expression, such as tears if it is a sad tune or joy if it is a cheerful tune.
He also bears a light European accent when he talks from his family influence.
History .//. Joachim is the grandson of the infamous Pied Piper of Hameln or at least this was what was told to him whether he believes his kook of a grandfather is up to him. He takes after his father's musical talents in being able to play various wind instruments the flute being his most favorite. His mother is of lineage of mara and valkyrite reapers however other than her rather insane nature of continuously staying up well beyond well needed sleep and being able to sing like a choir boy he has none of his mother's useful traits. He has one younger sister who has a rather fond nature of finding Joachim's mice and having little tea parties or creating little cute mice outfits for them to wear. This usually results in Joachim throwing a bit of an argument saying that his mice are not meant to play dress up but that never seems to stop her from doing it.

 Fear .//. Joachim's fear is being able to control his enemy via use of various specific melodies played on his flute. As well he can summon mice to aid him.
Current Fear First Year .//.
Come My Friends: He can summon his mice friends (just mice not other creatures currently). In a half mile radius (this will expand when he gets older). They will defend and attack for him when needed however these are normal mice they aren't super human.
Maybe Fear for Later Years .//.
Simon Says: He can get an enemy to fall under his control via playing a certain tune however he can only control them as long as he is playing the tune (which means that he is limited to pretty much making them follow him he can't move his hands or do anything that would cause the tune to stop). If the tune stops or he messes it up the affected foe will gain control of his or her own body again.
All Cheers .//. He can play a tune that will inspire his mice, gives them a little boost if they are fatigue.

Yaus .//. One of the four siblings whom play their own little instruments. He is fond of being on Joachim shoulder and loves to eat sweets.
Kas .//. One of the four siblings whom play their own little instruments. Kas can be found scurrying around Joachim's feet with his sister Loes.
Loes .//. One of the four siblings, unlike her brothers Loes does not play an instrument however she does balance on a ball. Loes can be found scurrying around Joachim's feet with her brother Kas.

 Joachim's room is painted in various shades of teal blues and orange. It has various nooks and crannies for his mice who live there along with tea cups, tea pots, and old grandfather clock, flutes, and various sheets of music.
