I've said it before, but deck recipes are my weakness. I just can't make out this deck recipe; it seems a bit complex.
I'd almost think you've gone mad putting in so many 1 copies of a lot of things, but I'm more than certain the goal is to swarm with synchros to bring out shooting quasar and/or halbard cannon (and if you can't, to bring out smaller, but still very powerful synchros). Am I right?

Notes: Using the chain tengus as fodder for multiple synchros while using combo lonefire/spore/grow-up bulb, while having avarice over duality because the sheer number of synchros will both fill up your graveyard AND make denial of special summoning IMPOSSIBLE for this deck to work (and avarice can be used almost immediately in this deck).

Not filling up with just Synchros but endless Tengu loops too.
I have Tengu out with two in GY? Avarice them back.
A turn later when two are in GY again? Avarice them back.
