Biography: Rika in her younger days was bullied when she was child, relentlessly bullied. Instead of it decresing it increased through out her years. Falling into a depression and her family unsure how to help but unable to move anywhere, Rika put up with the bullying but was unable to put up with it when she reached freshman year. It was the worst yet when she was at homecomming, the people ruined her dress, her hair everything she put into herself for a glimpse of a 'cinderella' moment. That moment didn't come and she was threw unable to take anymore, she went to girls bathroom, where she came upon a few girls who were intoxicated.
Rika try to tell them that they should be there, she tried to do the right thing but it turned into violence when she was pushed against a mirror having it shatter. The girls left her there. One could say the girl broke, and they wouldn't be lieing. She grabbed a shard to the glass slicing both her wrists, she screamed in the pain but no one heard her.
Rika was found unconcious and rushed to the hospital where she laid there, declared dead for two hours before miracuously waking up. Rika spent a lot of time in the hospital as it was deemed 'unsafe' by her parents and authorities by the amount of torture she sustained by students. While in the hospital she went into therapy and counciling. The only friend she made was a male nurse, that every time they came into contact Rika get outrageous headache and migranes that were unexplainable.
It was one of the few days Rika was allowed outside and the male, his name being Kira, accompied her and he noticed the name on her thigh. With a serious of questions and confusion, Kira understood why Rika would get headache and migranes when they were in close proximity. The woman was a fighter as well as he but of different name. With Rika's remaining time in the hospital, Kira trained and explained the new world she was thrown into.
Being released, her family moved to a different town and school where she finished up all the schooling she missed, lost her ears to a girlfreind during highschool. Now the girl is setting off to college, but is hoping to meet her sacrifice. Ever since that day she 'died' though, Rika always lived her life the way she wanted and enjoyed. She keeps her past close as a reminder that eventually everything does become better. However, her past will come back, relasping the depression she experienced. She is on medication when such incidents occur.
Personality: Rika is happy and loving, living each to its worth for the fact that anything could happen is a close reality to her. As she lives each day she also hopes that she will some day meet her sacrifice. On a rare occasion she relapses back into the depression she experienced as a child, and has a habit of unknowingly cutting herself.

Biography: Ayumu has no family that his remembers of and people say this is why he is always in a bitter mood and always found alone. But he would see it differently, he just liked being alone he had no one to bother him or cause him trouble. Even if he did struggle to get around as a child and had to use many means in being able to live. But he made sure that he did survive.
Once he had finished high school and decided that would be all for school, he got a job working at some shop where he would cook food. It wasn't really much but it gave him enough to live and that is all that he cared about. He lives on his own in a small apartment and is rather comfortable that way.
Personality: Ayumu is more of a loner and doesn't really get along with others very well. But even though he can come across as cold and mean, he cares deeply about the people he loved. Biography: Minaru was born the child of a prostitute. Simple as that, Minaru doesn't know and probably never will know the man that contributed half of him. He grew up in what most would call the 'ghetto' and his friends were all older and carried knives on them at all times. Minaru met his sister when he was about fourteen, seeing the pitiful little girl curled up in a gutter and crying her eyes out. No ears were on her head, and it didn't take long for Minaru to figure that she had been raped. He's taken care of the girl ever since, and she's the reason he still has his ears. For Minaru promised her that he would only give up his ears to whomever she approved of. Other then that, Minaru grew up, has graduated from high school, and now works as a waiter for a little diner.
His fighter training? Minaru found out when he was rather young about fighters and sacrifices, and has gone to some training sessions a few months out of the year, if only to brush up his skills. Minaru's a rather good fighter, when it comes down to it.

Personality: Minaru is rather blunt and rowdy, speaking in a grumbling tone and always sounding annoyed. He's really not, though, that's just how his voice is. Kichi's report card and school record says much about Kichi. Pristine grades, honors classes, and without the stain of a detention on any of the papers. However, the schoold records have noticed something else: He is often in the hospital or visiting the school nurse due to bruises and other injuries. His parent's don't beat him, but his classmates do so frequently, and he lets them.
Kichi's parents are frigid to him. They ignore his successes such as receiving the highest grades in his class, doing much of the housework, and having no life outside of school and home. They had always been a bit cold to him, even as a child. They used to hug him and hold him and praise him occasionally, but it was infrequent as a child. Sometimes he would be praised for doing something, and sometimes not. The same for when he would scrape his knee or injure himself when he played. Sometimes he would be met with comfort and reassurances... and the other times he was ignored.
This treatment made him clingy and desperate to earn those precious few praises. He wanted his parents to be happy. Happy with his grades, happy with what he did, and happy with him. He had noticed other children whose parents were always so warm to them and looked after them. He wanted to be able to make his parents proud of their son for once, instead of silent nods. Now, he's still trying to accomplish this, and he is trying to make everyone happy... and the bullies are taking advantage of it by claiming that harming him would make them 'happy'.
Personality: He always likes seeing people happy, and does his best to be kind to everyone. He will let them do almost anything to him if it makes them happy. He is shy, as the first thing which pops into his head when he sees someone is 'will they like me? Will they think I'm annoying?'. He is studious and tends to be neat and organized in just about everything that he does. He doesn't think much of himself, despite his achievements, because he believes that he is only here to make others happy. He's never had someone who tries to make him happy as well. He usually questions when people provide something for him, and tries to discourage them from doing it because of how rare it is for him to be praised or treated nicely. Yet as many would expect of a woman from her background, she merely strived for money and reputation... both of which she found one night when swept into the arms of a man fond of collecting pretty little women. The two talked for a little, and the next day again she returned. This continued until Nisuke was released from the hospital, and was given a strange offer. The woman - her name Hanako Gyuteru - had recently been married, and she and her husband had just bought a small house. She offered to give Nisuke a place to stay, and he has lived there with her since. Nisuke is currently home-schooled by Hanako, and likes to run small errands for her. Personality: Nisuke is very determined and head-strong. A slight temper and oftentimes saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, he always draws trouble to himself. Maki grew up then living with her grandparents, relying even more on Sailo. By the end of her senior year, Maki had already lost her ears. And at the age of nineteen she was already married.

When he heard about Maki's family situation, he was there with Maki every single day helping her. When Maki's mother died, he noticed how Maki changed, always helping out with the shop and taking care of her siblings. Sailo helped Maki however he could, bound to her. By the end of there senior year, the two went to a party where they got wasted, both ending up loosing there ears. The two lived together with Maki's grandmother, Sailo also helping out at the house. When the two turned eighteen he proposed to Maki, getting married a year later.

When Aoki went back to SVA as a teacher, Shusuke followed him, accepting a teaching position after Aoki vouched for him. Septimal Moon frequently sent the two out on missions. It was then, that Aoki & Shusuke became known as the unstoppable fighter unit Guiltless. As they proved capable of exceedingly dangerous missions again & again, Aoki was voted into the fourth position in Septimal Moon (SM). However, three years later, Aoki stepped down from his seat in SM, when he was struck by tragedy close to heart & home. Aoki’s father suffered from a heart attack that left him in coma, when he learned that his wife had been killed in an accident while experimenting for her research. Deeply aggrieved, Aoki recklessly ordered Shusuke to challenge SM’s black listed foes. During those months, Guiltless often fought enemy teams to the death. Then came the day, Aoki underestimated the opposing team’s fighter’s desire for revenge… The fight started off in Guiltless’ favor, but quickly became a close call between Guiltless and the enemy team Lawless. Unfortunately, to win, Aoki & Shusuke had to kill the other team’s sacrifice. Filled with unadulterated rage, the Lawless fighter physically attacked Aoki. Shusuke came to his sacrifice’s defense, but soon found himself at a distinct disadvantage. Desperate, Aoki hurriedly called for back-up, but it was to no avail. The enemy fighter strangled Shusuke and then bled to death in the amount of time it took for help to arrive. These events caused Aoki to go into a depression. When he resurfaced, he was a changed man, prone to a violent temper and bouts of anti-social behavior. Aoki continued to teach at Seven Voices Academy, but eventually quit that too when he lashed out at a student, almost killing them. After that he kept in contact with Septimal Moon, occasionally taking missions and doing substitute teacher work while writing novels on the side. Not much happened in Aoki’s life for the next two years until SM picked up Youko from an orphanage and gave her into his care as a “fragile” case. In Youko, Aoki finally found a purpose to his empty life and devoted much of his time to her education as a sacrifice in the world of spell battles. Seeing Youko as the daughter he never had, he’s sent her off to university, hoping the girl would find her other half. Personality: Aoki comes across as courteous, but cold upon first meeting him. However, he houses a very violent temper that is triggered by prodding his sore spots. Shimizu-sensei most enjoys spending his time alone, but always makes exceptions for Youko. Things had gone wrong and while he lived his mother didn't despite the doctors' best efforts. So he was left with his father who wasn't home very often. He was mostly raised by the neighbors and himself. When his father didn't return one day he was even more on his own. The neighbors couldn't always take care of him and money was always a problem. Now he had to find a way to pay the bills himself.
Luckily this happened when he was sixteen. He doesn't know what happened to his father and doesn't care to talk about the man.
