From my interest in frogs here are some effective card that are Frog 101.
The suggestions alone are 30-33 cards so its a deck just add 10 cards or something to that effect to support other cards... so have fun and enjoy the frogs as they are getting a new card in Extreme Victory, its name is Replacement Toad .

Submarine Frog x3
Substitoad x2
Dupe Frog x2
Unifrog x1/2
Flip Flop Frog x2
Cryomancer of the Ice Barrier x2 (tuner+power+field power)
Swap Frog x2/or/3
Treeborn Frog x1/or/2 (it never hurts)
Ronintoadin x1 ( its limited to 1 .. I think)

Spells:
Wetlands (boss for this deck) x3
Solidarity (frog power) x1/or/2
Moray of Greed x2 or Pot of Avarice x1
One for One x1

Traps:
