So it's been over a month and I still haven't made a front page. Oh dear. sweatdrop Well, I suppose I should probably tell you now: I don't really have anything to say.

Probably should have eaten healthier today. I at least
took some vitamin supplements earlier along with a
calcium supplement, so I'm not worried about that. I
liked how Bob kicked my a** today; I was really lazy
on Thursday, so I needed someone to get me into the
moving mindset for today. I barely ache, too, so that's
always a plus. I guess I should stop spending so much
time on Animal Crossing and Gaiaonline, and maybe
my couch potato-ness will eventually subside. My pants
weren't fitting so well today, so I had to soak them in
Fabreeze (to get the closet smell off) and pop them in
the dryer for a good 20 minutes or so. The only surviving
pair of pants in the next size down in my wardrobe is
low rise. Really?! I don't remember buying those! I don't
need my pants to sit on my a**; I need them on my
waist. You know, like where pants are supposed to be.

Very active today, but not by my own choice. I went
into the day more active than when I went to bed (very
early, by the way). Got some bad news later on and
felt very ill for the rest of the day. It didn't clear up, and
I ended up having to take medication to get to sleep.
It was not a good day/night.

Woke up very early today (7am), and was still sick. I
quit my job on Gaia, and I'm glad to be gone with it. I
just wonder if I'm going to regret it later. I didn't feel
well enough to eat, but it got worse in the 6 hours
before I ate the cheese. Mental distress can sometimes
manifest itself as a physical illness, so I'm trying to
keep busy and forget about everything.

I've been lazy the past two days, and haven't been ke-
eping up with exercising. I know that lowering your
intake of calories can lower the serotonin production
in the brain, but I didn't really want to stop for a candy
(chocolate) bar after I needed to pick up a milkshake
for my brother. The driving made me more nauseous
and I couldn't think of eating for about 3 hours after it.
I wanted a good a**-kicking from Bob today, but I
just wasn't into it. I woke up sick again. At least all my
classes tomorrow will be upstairs and downstairs, so I
don't have any temptation to use the elevator (am I the
only person who noticed that the stairs are faster? It's
always empty). Also, whoever said that lactose intol-
erant people could eat cheese was lying. My pants
are still upsetting me. I honestly cried when I couldn't
find a pair that fit me, and I ended up ruining my
mascara and making myself late.

Today, I just felt lazy, hungry, and fat. I dug up a pair of
old pants that fit, so I wasn't late or crying about it today.
I haven't been couch-potatoing it up like I did before with
Gaia and Animal Crossing, but I think there are certain
days where we all need to take some time for ourselves.
I also found a single loop of red onion in the bruschetta
case during lunch today---I assumed it was a garnish
and popped it in... And almost immediately, it felt like
my eyes were exploding. I don't really eat red onions,
and almost 5 hours later, I can still feel it. I opted for a
veggie (well really, more like a grain) burger for dinner
so I could cut back on some cholesterol.

Pants that don't fit make me crazy too. But even as you're going towards a healthier weight, learn to love your body. Just because you love yourself doesn't mean you can't change at the same time. heart

It's not that, it's just that it had been a very stressful week and dealing with another problem, no matter how small, is enough to set me off.
