Hi guys! I still need to do an introduction, but I'm so excited about this that I had to do it first.

Prologue - March 22nd, 2011

Starting Monday the 28th, I'll be working on my 111 challenge. Inspired by an episode of "I Used to be Fat" and the awesomely beautiful FenixBeauty who lost all of her weight after being horribly obese. Currently I'm making sure I have all my vitamins, know my work out regiment, and that I have all of the right foods.

Since a crappy senior year, and a bout of feeling sorry for myself, I started to depend on food and hide away from vigorous activities. In turn just got down right mopey and fat. The fatter I got, the more depressed I became, the more I looked to food. I bet you know how that ends. D: It's a viciously insane cycle, and I'm here to end it for good.

My mother found out last summer that she had fatty liver disease, which she explained to me is generally genetic. So I'm going to go ahead and instill the same low-fat eating habits in my everyday diet.

✓Pickles (The vinegar used to pickle them can actually help weight loss)

I will make jaws drop should I ever run into certain people from highschool, and I will love it. <3
User ImageI WILL fit in my size 13 skinny jeans again.
I will look ravishing at AWA this October when I lose all of my weight AND my braces. : )

Didn't get to check in yesterday had to make a trip up to North Georgia. D:

Breakfast: --


Lunch: 1/2 Grape fruit, 3/4 apple


Snack: coffeex2


Dinner: Salmon and Ochre + other 1/2 grapefruit


Calorie Total:


Water: 20ozs D:


Excersize: Didn't get in my regular work out, since plans changed and we had to dash off to atl, however I did do a LOT of house work (like cooking our meals for the week) and was on my feet for most of the day.


Weight: --


Comments: I really need to work on my schedule. It's occasional spontaneity throws me off.

Good luck. But...the truth? Don't push yourself too far on this. Too many people with eating disorders (*cough* me *cough*) started by separating foods into "good" and "bad". I'll be checking in often though! I know you can reach your goals in a *healthy* way!

Oh, I'm being quite healthy about it, yesterday was just rather... flipped around. I just had yummy salmon, veggies, and some whole wheat bread on the side. I'm full rather than stuffed and feel energized rather than sleepy. biggrin Now I can clean the heck out of the house! (After this next entry anyway)

Breakfast: I bowl of banana nut cheerios + 1/2 Grape Fruit + Coffeex2 ( gonk )


Lunch: serving of chicken and assorted veggies + 1/2 Grape fruit


Snack: Apple + Coffee (ffff I like coffee... D: )


Dinner: Salmon and veggies (mostly corn) + Whole wheat bread x2


Calorie Total:


Water: 40ozs


Excersize: Biked for a mile and did my arm and tummy exercises.


Weight:


Comments: I had a better day today, I don't feel starved. Precooking food for the week was a good idea. :3

This is a fun way of dieting. I tried it a while back and it woked out for me for a bit.. make shure your tracking your calorie intake though. thats the key to this whole thing. If you dont know how many calories you need for a single day you could talk to your docter about it. my intake level needed to be 1400 because of the activitys that i do. wishing you lots of luck!

I actually rode my bike a mile out and a mile back! I was amazed that I could even do that, though I now know how crappy my physical health is at the moment, I still feel accomplished and plan to get better with the help of a friend.

Comments: I'm kind of off put by my bike riding skills having gone to poop. I'm getting better with time though.

I thought about doing that.. I exercise and eat until I'm just under full like my mom did, however I think I'll take your word for it. 3nodding
