Thinking of starting a work out regiment at the local YMCA, kind of wish I had a work out buddy however. We'll see if I can get on their financial aid program because I'm poor as hell ='(.

semi-vigorous house work (took out heavy trash, hauled over 10-11 foot driveway etc.)
