Since going off to college, I no longer have access to the only form of cardio exercise I actually enjoy: dance dance revolution. As a result, I'm back up to ~175 lbs. :C And besides that, due to stress resulting from a very difficult major (physics), I've been eating more sweets than ever.
I had a wake up call today: measuring my waist for the first time in like a year... I've gained 3 inches! I have to put a stop to this now. gonk

Green is for totally healthy foods, or moderate foods in very small quantities.
Orange is for moderate foods, or unhealthy foods in very small quantities.
Red is basically something I should not have eaten, whether because it was too much of an unhealthy food, way too much of a moderate food, or having multiple small treats.
I will be ~trying~ my best to count calories, but I'm a college student so I eat out and at the cafeteria a lot. Not always possible. >.<;;; I'm aiming for between 1200 and 1400 per day
