Shahal Rainrix What are you trying to do with the deck? Whats the main goal. Well, Like I said, It's in need of changes. But For a basic Strategy, I sped up the rate of fusion summoning.
Now, I'd like to try and Make the most of Flame Wingman using Armory arm, Which would require Tuners. Flame Wingman being my Favorite card, I'll also need a way to protect him.
Any suggestions??

Drop 10 cards and it'll play faster.
Add 2 more King of the Swamp.

I'll give you the same suggestion I give all other E. Hero Decks.
First, don't go over 42 cards. Even with Hero's massive draw support, it slows down your deck to much.
Next, if you're not going for meta heroes with The Shining and Absolute Zero) focus on fusions that can be created with two or three E. Heroes
I remember that my original deck was based off of Bustinitrix's fusions but then I found out that Focusing on Sparkman and Wildheart's was a lot faster.
Light and Earth Hex Sealed Fusions along with King of the Swamp at 3 give a huge edge to fusion summoning.
Generally, the Extra deck would include something like:
3 Shining Flare Wingman (Sparkman + Light Hex or King) 3 Wildedge (Wildheart + Earth Hex or King) 3 Shining Phoenix Enforcer (Sparkman + Light Hex or King) 2 Thunder Giant (Sparkman + Earth Hex or King) 2 Gaia (Hero + Wildheart or Earth Hex) 1 Stardust Dragon (include a Starlight Road in your traps) 1 Great Tornado (when it hits the states) (Hero + Stratos (once you use its effect and can't recycle it for future use))
Also, the HERO Combo is useless as is De-Fusion (unless when used in conjunction with Great Tornado to bring back Stratos) and Future Weapon.
I'll make a direct reply to your post and hoghlight all of the fluff in your deck; the things slowing it down..

Before I actually build a decklist for you to start with, I'd like to know which of the fusions you would like to focus on. I mean, I have an example in the form of my old Hero deck but it's quite outdated (from back when Solemn was at 3).

I would like to focus more on Flame Wingman, and I MIGHT be getting an Absolute Zero soon
I like Shaman, Plasma Vice, Wild wingman, and Thunder Giant for their destruction effects.
But Namely, I want to focus on Flame Wingman.

Under those conditions...this is probably the best I can come up with. Honestly, if you had shining Flare Wingman, I'd just update and post my old build since it's basically the same thing except with an attack increasing effect.
See, this was hard for me because nowadays the best hero decks I've seen use Fusion Gate and Parallel World Fusion to pump out heavy hitters and it usually consists of the attribute heroes only.
I'll probably make more edits to it later as it is 6 in the morning and I am tired as all hell.
Non-Tribute Monsters: 3x E. Hero Avian 3x E. Hero Wildheart 3x E. Hero Sparkman 3x King of the Swamp 2x E. Hero Prisma 2x E. Hero Ocean 2x The Earth - Hex Sealed Fusion 1x E. Hero Stratos
