hi all.
i've already lost 5 stone (70 lb)
and would still like to lose another 2+ stone (30 lb)

i've been in hospital of an op just before chiristmas and so i lost my motervation, hopfully now i can get back in to the swing of losing weight again

thought i'd update this page as i lose more weight to keep track of how i'm doing.
feel free to coment.

current weight 132 lb height 5'4

targets to reach

- 128 lb

- 122 lb

- 116 lb

(first major target 114/112 lb half way point)

- 110 lb

- 104 lb

- 98 lb

i given up. i'm just not losing anything no matter how much effot i put in to it, and i've been working really hard. think dieting is more of a summer thing

is it possible you aren't giving your body enough calories and it is going into starvation mode?

probablem is that if i dont really limit the amount of caleries i have i cant burn off more caleries though. i have a problem with my feet which meens i cant walk to much so its really hard to walk off the caleries i eat. doh!

what kind of problem? have you tried something with less impact? elliptical or water aerobics?

problem being i dont lose anything at all anless my calerie intake is drasticly cut.
and no i havent tried those, i dont have the time

the scales said i put on 9 lb AHHHHHHHHH
i hate it when that happens, coz i feel as though all the weight i did lose was for nothing

Today I ate barely anything at all because of my crazy timetable. Works for me, but my stomach now hates me. xp

i always feel as though i'm birning off more caleries if i'm hungrey.

thought i'd try and detox to get back into the dieting, but i'm doing rubbish at that, theres just so many temptatons, even though we've got rid of all the snacks in the house. doh!
