Does anybody know where I would be able to buy Japanese Yugioh cards from newer packs?

Pointless information below.
I saw someone at a local tournament who used an exacto-knife and cut the picture out of a TOKEN card, then placed a card behind the token and slipped them into a card protector, making it appear the Token had the image of an Amazoness monster.
I want to do something similar, but with CENSORED cards.
I hate how Amercia censors most of the cards. Some I understand like how some of the women have less clecage, but cards like Vanity's Emptiness?
They got rid of his BODY, so he is a floating head with arms D:<
I want to buy the original OCG version of Vanity's Emptiness, along with a few other OCG cards so I can take the American version, cut out the center, and put them in a card protector.
