Also, "WATER Fiend" that requires a "DARK Tuner + 1 or more Beast-type Non-Tuners"  Might as well be an EARTH Warrior that requires a LIGHT Tuner and a Fish-Type non-tuner. Also: I don't think this card would benefit in a Quickdraw deck, especially since Quillbolt is a Machine-type, not a Beast-Type.

It's a 2800 ATK, which means BTH and other negation works swimmingly as usual. But I do admit that, if Blood Mephist ever hits the field of a Burn Stall deck, yeah. Its kinda busted that way. But even with that, I don't see the harm in the nickle and dime damage it deals, especially with Black Feathered Dragon being used.

There are no Beasts that it would work with. However, I am still waiting for a DARK Beast-Type Tuner. That, dear friends, would break Beast Decks with promises of Zeman the Ape King and the Fitzgerald here on top of its usage of Naturia Beast, Naturia Barkion, Thunder Unicorn, Voltic Bicorn, and Lightning Tricorn.

Frozen is summoned through Junk Synchron + Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter.
Blood Mephist is ******** beautiful and you bet your a** I will build a burn around him and save my negation cards for anything that would counter his summon.
Sadly, I see him hitting banned/restricted fast.

I agree with the latter statements, but Fabled's are divided into Fabled and The Fabled. The Fabled's are beast, winged beast monsters that support the originals, and even have some beast fabled synchros.
