Three questions about Tag team dueling.

1st: Do you share Life points, or does each person have his or her own life points ?

2nd: Can you Synchro/Fusion/Tribute summon using your partner's monsters as well as your own?

3rd: Can you use cards like "Battle Fader" to defend your partner?
(Also, can you use Battle Fader to defend another duelist in a free-for-all?Considering it reads "When your opponent declares a direct attack, you can special summon this card from your hand and end the battle phase."

While I believe the team duel rules went with UDE when Konami and UDE split(correct me if I'm wrong), they were still fairly good and so I still follow them if i decide to play one.

In these rules, each team shared a lp total of 8000. you could not attack directly however until all monsters from both opposing players' sides of the field were gone.

You could use monsters on your partner's field for synchro and fusion summons but the fusion and synchro monsters had to come from the extra deck of the player who was doing the summoning.

yes, you could use battle fader like that in a team duel.

...unlike the CPU players in every Yugioh game that contains Tag Dueling.

CPU Partner: "I Tribute Thunder King Rai-Oh for Cyber Dragon"
