To be blunt, both the deck and the list seem to be a huge mess. There seems to be no overarching goal for your deck and the list itself is hard to read in its current format.

I suggest you cut the deck down to forty (forty five at most) and review the current ban list.

I'm not even going to try to read that at this time of night but I suggest you cut out the rarities and just organize them like so if you want more help:

Where X = Number of cards and Y = Name of Card

Monsters:

etc.

Spells:
etc.

Traps:
etc.

Extra Deck:
etc.

Side Deck

Your list is kinda messed up sweatdrop

List it down like this:

Extra Deck:
Shooting Star Dragon x1
Junk Warrior x2
Nitro Warrior x2
and so on and so forth..

No need to type the owner of the card nor its rarity.
Also remember that your deck differs from your extra deck.
The best size for a deck is 40-42 cards.

First off: It's no longer a Yusei Deck if you add in cards that Yusei would not have used i.e: The Wicked Gods.

Second: This is a pile, not a deck.

Third: Although this has already been addressed, your listing format needs work. Monsters, Spells, Traps, Extra Deck, Side Deck. Nobody cares about the rarity of the cards in your deck. The deck is about gameplay, not about collector's value.

Fourth: Pick a focus for the deck. Yusei decks usually focus on aggro Synchro Summon and Beatdown with Said Synchros. If you want an Stardust Assault Deck you need to focus the deck on Bringing out Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode. Throwing a bunch of cards together just because you saw them in an episode in the Anime, won't really work, especially considering the characters modify their decks between episodes.
