Essentially, the suggestions I have are to look into the upcoming R-Genex release in Hidden Arsenal 3. They focus around speed and swarming and really help your synchro game.
Also, since you have Blastfan, I suggest you take advantage of the fact that it is a Spellcaster and tech in both Tempest and Arcanite Magician for a counter to Spellcaster decks and a good destruction card respectively.
As far as the Genex synchros go...the only good ones are the Genex Ally and there is only
one out right now. It's a pretty good one though.
One last thing, if you don't already, I suggest you look into buying singles online instead of fetching them through packs. It ends up being a lot cheaper than pot-luck (for most cards). I use trollandtoad.com, but I am not sure about their overseas shipping policies.
At this point, I'd offer to try and help you build a Machina-Genex deck but running pure machines in this meta in nonsense until they re-ban/limit Cyber Dragon and Chimeratech Fortress.
