It's pretty good, just look in some tutorials to make the proportions.

haha none of us are at first. Pssh I still have issues myself~ xD yea yea I'm a hypocrite but I'm the likable kind. :]
Anyway, have you done a gallery already? I thought I saw the converse one on here before..? 0.o

You've got a great start, I'd suggest sketching a bit more, looks like you make lines and define them, but you should sketch more and I'd push into more realistic proportions.
You're getting there but I think learning a little bit of "classical" drawing can help you define your style
