Yeah. I've tried losing weight before, but I usually give up pretty quickly. I'm finally staying on a weight loss plan for once, and am losing weight. So I decided to make a new thread to post whatever I want related to my weight loss. I don't like doing those daily "this is what I ate today" things. So yeah, I post whatever I want.
So like I said, I couldn't lose weight before since I'd always give up. I got crazy strong cravings when I tried to lose weight, even if I let myself eat small portions of my cravings. So I'm doing that shangri la thing and taking 2 tbs of oil a day. Cravings are so minimal, that I'm not usually hungry. I do get very tiny cravings sometimes, but they go away quickly and they don't bother me.
