They shrink as you lose weight. If you hat a fat tummy then you should do exercises that tighten the stomach mussels that way your breath stay a bit bigger. At least that is what I heard

Some don't. A friend of mine dropped two cup sizes (from huge to still big really) and her older sister was so jealous because hers didn't shrink.
It depends on what you're meant to have. If they're that important to you, don't continue losing weight. If losing weight is more important, continue.
OR if you're feeling like you can't win in our society you can think about how women are somehow expected to have large breasts, (which are made of fat and controlled by our hormones and genes) and also to have no fat elsewhere on our bodies. The dichotomy is obviously damaging, as this thread topic comes up ALL THE TIME.
And this saddens me, because it highlights the other side of my weight loss journey, which is on one side, a journey to be healthy and to be fit for the rest of my life, but on the other side is to be considered attractive by the larger part of our North American flawed and fractured society.
It is well and good to love your breasts and love how they make you look and want them to be a part of you, and if losing them concerns you, perhaps 153 lbs is what you ought to weigh, perhaps just focus on getting really fit and maintaining that weight. You'll still have body changes from getting fit, but you won't lose significant amounts of fat (ie: your breasts).

You certainly can't choose where you want to lose weight from, and no working your ab muscles won't make it more likely to lose fat from your stomach. It only builds muscle, which you can't see until the fat is gone. Your body burns fat from everywhere, some places more than others, and you can't change that. So if your body decides to burn fat from your breasts, you can't really help it. It's your choice, risk losing a couple cup sizes, or don't bother losing weight.

Well, our breasts have fat in them, so when we burn fat, it makes sense that our breast will shrink because we lose fat from everywhere, not just one place......but it's different for everyone. In the end, your breasts will look pretty proportional to the rest of your body, which is a good think. It also depends on genetics. Do the women in your family have larger breasts or smaller breasts? If anything, you'll probably lose a cup size or two but still have pretty decent size breasts. So try not to stress.
