As many of you know I was pretty sick. I had the flu in combination with Strep throat and allergies. I am finally fully better! >=)
Anyway I have a new exercise idea, I drug out my treadmill and I found an old TV that will hook up with a DVD player.
I have the TV, DVD thingy hooked up in the living room the treadmill is hooked up too. Anyway, I'm going to be watching movies while walking/jogging. I also bought a sweat suit, I found it at Wallyworld. It claims to help sweat out toxins so we will see.
What do you guys think about my idea?

See I have no life. My life is at a standstill until I start college this January. I spend my time on Gaia or playing my DS. =/ At least this way I can exercise and still be entertained. I bought an arsenal of new DVD's. Mainly Disney because I dislike vulgar and violence. XD
I got Twilight New Moon Avatar Robin Hood Spirited Away Juno Pokemon Movies XD Transformars 1 and 2 A bunch of Medea Movies, Tyler Perry is funny Little Mermaid Thumbelena Practical Magic Dragon Heart A Knights Tale Lion King Mary Poppins Lady and The Tramp...

Thanks, I'll work hard. I'll also be wearing my shape ups so I'll get the added benefit from that too. =) I will also be watching multiple movies a day so I'll have hours on the treadmill. =)

Try not to run a whole lot in the shape ups. xD You might hurt yourself. They're meant mainly for walking.

I despise running, I used to be in track but due to injuries I cant run, I have no feeling in my right knee or right shoulder blade. I hate the feeling of it when I run, feels like floppy J-ello. XD I fast walk and try to jog, Shape Ups aren't a problem but I really have to focus or I end up flat on my face. I'm not graceful at all. I'm more like a bull in a china cabinet.

Glad you're feeling better. This sounds like a great idea -- even if you walk slowly, that'll still be over an hour for the duration of a movie -- and that's over an hour that you're not lazing on the couch.
A Knight's Tale rocks. =)

A good idea, I could totally do that with my hula hoop.
Its just the remembering to do it.

That is what I do when I feel like watching a movie, except I have a cycling machine instead. I find exercise really boring so this is a great way to 'sneak it in'.
