The scientist is a girl that knows about all the events in time, she is a girl that was stuck in a ship in hell where time and wars past as she remained the same age. Then when she got out she heard of a doctor that sounded mush like her own kind. She now searches for him to ask him many question.
The Doctor is well known in time and space and always travels with a companion now. But now he travels alone at this point trying to save as many people as he can alone till he hears of a new being called the scientist, and being the time lord he want to find her
