Mix up your exercise routine. Perhaps eating a few more calories. Not a lot, maybe 100 or 200 more a day.

I agree, maybe if you shock your body with a new exercise routine, you will get over this plateau.

If you post what you've already been doing, you'll probably get better advice or at least ideas that you haven't already tried.

How much weight have you lost so far?

have you done any muscle toning? strengthening your muscles will make you seem like you've gained for a bit, because muscle weights more than fat, but it also helps to burn fat quicker biggrin

Are you actually tracking your intake? If not, it's probably time to really examine your diet.

Also, once you lose a significant amount of weight, it's possible that you might just hit a plateau. If that happens, you can try to shake things up and break it, but sometimes there's just nothing you can do. If that's the case, try eating at maintenance level for awhile and continue exercising. After a month or two, try eating at a deficit again and see how your body responds.

I don't know how often you do the kung fu, but if it's really intense, it's possible that you might not be eating enough and your body has slipped into starvation mode.

Basically, before you go any farther, you need to sit down and do some number crunching. Figure out how many calories you burn each day just being alive, add in whatever you burn via exercise and then take a look at your diet. How do the numbers compare? Keep in mind that as you lose weight, you'll need to decrease the number of calories you take in because you have less body mass to maintain.

Walking and kungfu are great exercises. But now instead of walking, try running, you may start losing weight again, make sure you are getting all your vitamins too so your body wot hold on to excess weight or fat.

Plateaus suck.
I haven't got to one yet...
Try eating a few more calories, maybe your body needs more fuel.
Try going to a calorie intake calculator and enter your current stats.
This should help.
