Oh, congrats. =) Eating well -- even for one day -- can make a huge difference in the way you feel. And it's awesome that you've decided to cut the processed food -- flush those toxins out!

Thanks!
I don't think I will be able to cut out all processed food but i can with the most of it.
My face isn't puffy anymore, I heard that a high sodium diet can make you puffy and bloaty.

Yay! Good luck!

Yeah too much salt in your diet can make you all puffy and bloaty and ick.

I haven't cut out all processed foods but I'm still doing pretty good. Most of my snacks are fruits or something like that.

Reduced fat cheezits, wheat thins, and whole grain goldfish are goodies for getting a salty fix, but otherwise I don't take in a whole lot of salt.

Remember to drink lots and lots of water- it's more important than it seems. It helps flush out things, helps balance out whatever salt you eat, keeps all your body parts in good condition, etc.

And I dunno if you drink soda but I'd avoid it. I usually avoid everything bubbly unless it's some sort of special occasion. Sodas usually have salt in them, PLUS the carbonation makes for very bloaty tummies:c

I hate soda, it burns my throat.
I should drink more water, even though I drink a ton of tea.
WHEW I'm exhausted from walking that mile.

Green tea is good for weight loss 3nodding But be careful, tea can make you pee a lot, therefore effectively destroying your efforts to get enough water in you. I'd suggest no more than 2 or 3 cups a day.

It's not a HUGE deal or anything but yeah. I mean, I always have to pee like, super a lot after drinking tea, and I'm always like "....I didn't drink ALL that in one cup of tea. >.>"

But yeah, green tea is one of the really good tips for weight loss out there, which is kinda funny. But it raises your metabolism if you drink 2-3 cups a day.

So maybe just drink an extra glass or two of water a day for each cup of tea you drink. 3nodding

Yeah, it flushes the fat and junk out of your system.
I love it.

I'll try drinking more water.
^_^

It's pretty inconvenient to have to go to the bathroom two times almost every hour.

Your body will adjust to drinking more water over time and you won't be going as much. 3nodding
