As for who killed Fred, he died in the explosion caused possibly by Augustus Rookwood. You could be technical and say the explosion killed him, but since Rookwood was responsible for it... crying
I never thought ever that one of the Weasly twins would have died. I thought perhaps maybe Percy, after he made up with his family, it would have been cleverly bittersweet.
I wept buckets.
