Snakes?!

My boyfriend is gonna buy me a snake for my birthday
And i have no clue how to take care of it.
Do all snakes have to have their tanks heated?
How many times should i feed it a week?
When should i clean out it's tank?
I just need to know the basic stuff.

Tomorrow I'll ask my neighbors they own lost of snakes so I'll pass it on to you later if that's okay.

You can probably google it
but snakes don't need 2 eat very offen....
I think you only have 2 feed them like once or twice a mouth
it depends on the size and breed of the snake thou I'm pretty sure
What type of snake is it?
I'll look it up 4 u if u want

Im getting a cornsnake.
I seen it already and i don't know if its a baby or if
its just a small snake.
Could you tell me how big they get as well?

Adults are about five feet, the young ones are maybe a foot long. The babies will eat lizards and frogs, while the adults commonly eat bigger things..

Well, yes, basically, all you really need to do is check it for anything out of the ordinary. Cloudy eyes, skin that hasn't shed, bites, claws..
