ok guys im here asking for help i have a friend thta plays traditional but he uses the blue obilisk the tormentor card and he says taht he is immune to all card effects even those that dont target such as lightning vortes, black rose , fissure ect. and the only think that will work on him are power ups like axe, mage power ect he wont listen to anything i say UNLESS they come from a site that acctually states it
so what im asking is that do you know a site that lists obilisks weekness's -.-

Well if he's gonna say s**t like that then you do 1 of three things:
1) Point to the text on Obelisk's Card and then hit him with rules cause even Blue Obelisk isn't allowed in traditional format.
2)Make him use the new effect Obelisk's effects.
3)Pull out Scissors or a Lighter and grin evily saying "Scissors cuts paper" or in the case of the lighter "Let's see how that little pansy stand up to FIRE"

no its not hat one its the acctual blue one and he doesnt care about legal all he cares about are facts like the old swords since it doesnt say it has to be on the feild he activates it and sends it to the grave

He obviously doesn't care about facts, or he wouldn't cheat.
He plays by his own rules, stop dueling him until he learns to play.
[Edit:] By the way, the card says RIGHT ON IT that it's not legal for dueling.

Bring him to a tournament and laugh when he fails.
Just show him the Wiki rulings on Obelisk.
1. Power-ups equips won't even work on it because they TARGET Obelisk.
2. Lightning Vortex, JD, etc... can kill Obelisk if he's not the only monster on the field because it does not necessary target, just destroy.
Hope you have fun destroying him from the inside out.

it has on there the rules for Obelisk based on the anime. but again, like it says on the card and as someone else said, it's not tournament legal.
