I don't wanna run Blue Eyes and I want to run synchros hence the reason why it's called Black(Black Dragon) and White(Synchros) with Red Eyes(Red Eyes themed)

Well Blue Eyes makes it by far more consistent. Really every Red Eyed creature other than the ones I put in is terribad...
You can synchro with this, it has five tuners. All of which let you draw. Although I guess that's my fault you didn't notice that as I forgot to put an extra deck...

Plus I still included everything you wanted Black Dragons, White, and Red eyes...

I guess if you don't like my take you don't have to use it. I'm just saying this way should work a bit better for you.

I'll even propose a new name...

Black and White Dragons with Red and Blue Eyes...

I wasn't being mean I was making a joke. I do like the build and yes it does work for a good fun deck. I'm not going to use that build but I am taking some of the changes you mentioned. Debris Dragon is one.
