This deck is just extremely broken right now. Especially with Barrier out in the Shining Darkness..

Fresh Porn dark imprisoning mirror Conescrated Light Dust tornado Banisher of the Radiance Macro Cosmos Dimensional Fissure etc etc etc all incredibly useless minus banisher and consecrated. Even then. Regardless what you side in, they already have an answer in the main deck.

surprising as it sounds, it actually does take an awful lot of skill to play the deck. yes the loop takes no skill but the setup does.

I agree. Its more annoying when they can snyc so quickly and easily. As early as turn 2 depending on exactly what they draw. And even though there are some cards to counter the whole situation. Its harder to draw into those cards at the right moment in comparison to the infernities set up. But Barrier is becoming less of a problem now. It was mostly overhyped to the point that most thought they needed 3. Now people find that 1 is sufficent for the deck. As nice as this format started. Shining Darkness ruined a lot of good things. Breaking decks like X-Sabers/Infernities/Frogs.
X-Sabers being up there with Infernities in terms of dominance. And frogs got their own FTK because of Ronintoadin and Mass Driver. I do not look forward to the new banlist. Because I am concerned their going to screw frogs over. Banning Ronintoadin is more than fine. Because they need a good card like Substitoad.
And...I got side tracked now. But Infernities are more than ridiculous. And that is why its sometimes hard to believe Konami doesnt like certain decks becoming incredibly broken. They supposedly try to keep it balanced so no deck is to overpowered. But considering what Infernities are capable of. And the fact that in the TCG we got Barrier created specifically to help them here. It becomes hard to believe. I havent played a infernity as of yet luckily. But I saw one played. And it was truly frightening how quickly and deadly that deck is when it goes off. And they just won a YCS this past weekend.

Infernities aren't by so much probably at most archfiend goes to 1 or launcher to 2.

Frogs do use Substitoad. And Infernitiy player's are using Barrier at 2.

Every once in a while, konami has to come up with some kind of broken deck just to get people buying more cards so they can have the best and fill konami's pockets. Examples: TeleDAD Lightsworn BWing and now Sabers, Frogs and Infernities However, I can see the next ban list limiting Infernities, but not before Sabers. If anything, there will be a limit on one card- such as with blackwings- and maybe a few more synchros. Trishula will probably limit to 1 once it comes out and that will only hinder, slightly. I hope it's not too bad though. As an Infernity player, I'd like to get 6 more months out of the deck before the meta is taken over by the Sabers.

Not so much with the rest as they did with this. ******** this, they changed the Forbidden List in order to make a money deck.
Released new support? Sure, then they iced it with D-HERO Malicious back at 3 for the welcome wagon. Respectively, many decks now could stand up to TeleDaD or even surpass it, but when it comes to making money decks, this was by far the most obnoxious move of all.

I dunno, i kinda think sabers and infernities can be balanced easily without getting hit hard.
darksoul to 1
rescue cat to 0
archfiend to 1
trishula to 1
i really think thats all that needs to be done to balance out the two decks. hell with rescue cat banned darksoul might be able to be at 2, but its still abuse-able so im not sure
