You're playing Brain Control. There is absolutely no reason not to fill the Extra Deck and take advantage of that.
Also, Intercept Wave > Synchro Ejection.

...Better by a long shot...holy s**t....
Brain Control is...meh. Any tuner my opponent summons would be used for tuning in that turn anyway. Unless I completely changed the deck, I wouldn't be able to use a full extra deck effectively. It's more for clearing the field for attack...or that's how I saw it when I put it in.
Scratch what I said about Overdragon and Starlight...he "sends them to the graveyard", not "destroys".

You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago. Given, chances of leaving a Tuner monster on the field is fairly slim, except for when you play the morons.
However, it's still nothing but advantage to play. Having Synchros ready not only takes more advantage out of Brain Control, but also serves as bluff. It's just like when TeleDaD first appeared, and the top Extra Deck card flashed was Gladiator Beast Gyzarus. It shifts the opponent's play into a mistake.

I suppose I can throw my usual extra deck in there as a bluff.
Hell, maybe even some of the ___ Warrior(s) since Synchrons seem to be getting a good boost.

Question:
How would I get level eights on the field?
I have no odd levels. I would need a three or some combination to make five...which I don't have. Again, changing the deck.
I mean, I put a road warrior and a couple Junk Warriors in there...but just as bluffs. Junk Archers I added...but I can actually make use of those. Mist Wurms too.

You remind me of someone I said goodbye to a long time ago. You don't need 11 bluffs. One or two, and then the cores.
You can bluff with a single Junk Destroyer/Archer, or Drill Warrior on the top, and then build up with the core goodies, like Brionac, Goyo, Colossal, and Catastor.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. The problem with Cyber Phoenix is that it only protects one monster. It can be useful...but meh...I just don't foresee it working out.
The Cyber Dragon thing...I should probably listen to. It's only happened once, but I've had my field wiped with my own Cyber Dragon being taken for Chimeratech Fortress. The problem is that part of my engine involves Future Fusion to dump Gadjiltrons into the grave. I notice you've changed the formula...I'm going to stick with the Gadjiltrons.
Mirror Force is a no...sadly. It's a beautiful card...I miss it. Somehow it has been lost...I assume it got stolen when I went to a tournament at Millenium...
Trap Dustshoot I can see working....sort of....not too sure since I could just end up wasting it and looking at an opponent's bad hand with nothing good being dumped back into the deck.
I agree with sideboarding Intercept...I just didn't have room.
I can side in Hero's rule as well...I'd have to find some online though.

I to run machina gadget. This deck is a lot like mine with the exception that I play jinzos in the deck with returners and took out the cyber dragon completely. My advice would be to do like wise and take cyber dragon out. He is a good card and a awsome main or side against machines, but your playing machines and its already happened to me a couple of times when someone used my own cyber dragon against me. Its not to fun when that happens. Conclusion I belive cyber dragon is a liablity in any deck with a high machine count.

This is true...my friends finally got his Fortress in the mail and used it against me today.
Full field -> 5000 damage to me.
