Yes, add 2 terraforming, and take out heavy storm. Heavy storm is a good card, but if you have necrovalley out it would be a bad idea to use it unless you have a spare in hand. 3 nercovalley seem like enough, but as soon as you get 3-4 draws without it, it will seem like a disaster.

Your reason for being against Heavy Storm is because it would destroy Necrovalley, and at the same time suggest to him Terraforming to increase the possibility of starting his turn with Necrovalley or obtaining an additional copy.
So, does that make your point moot? How about instead, we throw out that he's loading up with the stalls, which makes his Magic Cylinder pretty awful in opportunistic play?

Burakku_Kitsune "Ok, no not moot. I see what you are saying, but even then you will not always have a ready terraforming or Necrovalley" Having Necrovalley at 3, with Terraforming at 2, is 5:1 odds of having Necrovalley to Heavy Storm. In fact, in all logic, it's more likely to have the duplicates and no Heavy Storm.
You're talking odds that are purely circumstance, while ignoring the more possible outcome through logic. Point is moot.
