If you went first then how did you win? I assume you attacked after the other person's turn?

well yes but that card's effect only applies after the first turn, so you kinda cheated. not that I'm calling you a cheater, but you were still not allowed to attack on the first turn.

we looked around and asked after the duel cause that did come into question. i have a few friends that are mini judges (for those small cons) and they gave it the "good to go" im currently looking for any rulings against it lol

... Implying that you activate during a turn you are able to declare an attack. The player who goes first cannot during their first turn, stated so in the rulebook.

And your locals saw no problem? Really? What a load of morons.

No. Delta Attacker's effect doesn't say you can declare an attack during your first turn.

It's meant that during the turn Delta Attacker is activated, the attack you would declare with the three Normal Monsters can go directly to your opponent's Life Points. However, as first player, you cannot declare an attack during your first turn, period.

Card effects never change or go against game mechanics. Never. Your locals is nothing but a room of idiots.

You can only activate this card while there are 3 Normal Monsters of the same name (except Tokens) on your side of the field. The 3 Normal Monsters of the same name can attack your opponent's Life Points directly during the turn that this card is activated.

card effect is right there. use it first turn and well yea. makes sence to me

Again, implying that you are able to declare an attack. And again, as first player, turn one you are not allowed to declare an attack. You don't even enter the ******** Battle Phase.

It doesn't work.

Rules have never broken game mechanics, which you believe this card does, and it doesn't.

You under no reason are able to declare an attack during your first turn as first player. You follow the book.

then they shouldnt make a card that says "you can attack etc etc etc".

either way it was still beast. lost that tourney but that was still a beast win.

speaking of rulings and card effects ive realized s**t seems to be more annoying then fun.
