A friend of mine came up with a Sun and Moon Dragon Deck list, but it was horrible. And I can't come up with one for the life of me, so I am asking for help. Can some one supply a deck list for her? Thanks.

3 of each of the Tuners was far too cluttered of a play simply for the two Synchros. Really, you could just consider getting one of each, toolbox them, while summoning more. Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind was my addition as a more capable Tuner for the wider range of Synchros to pull for punch.
Your Giant Rat has been replaced with Shining Angel, since getting Oracle of the Sun to the field is core key rather than making your Tuners vulnerable. I understand also that Fire Ant has an effect when destroyed via battle, but that's pretty much pointless if Oracle leaves by the End Phase. Since the monster base for this theme has enough going for it to getting the Synchros out, Instant Fusion has been removed, as it was far too much.
My body as a Shield and Royal Decree have been added to the deck. Two of the best cards that you'll need when you want to involve battle-dependent arch-type. Among other things.
Of course, this is theorized.
