Just posting the basic fromat of my dec-out deck. It runs pretty well and can be really quick if I get some good draws. I just play for fun so I don't care if it's not the kind of deck that would win championships.

Total 43 Cards

(16) Monsters:

(2) Chainsaw Insect
(3) Destiny Hero - Defender
(3) Hiro's Shadow Scout
(1) Marshmallon
(1) Morphing Jar
(1) Morphing Jar #2
(3) Needle Worm
(2) Old Vindictive Magician

(16) Spells:

(3) Book of Eclipse
(2) Book of Moon
(1) Book of Taiyou
(1) Card Destruction
(2) Gravekeeper's Servant
(1) Hand Destruction
(1) Level Limiter Area B
(1) Mystical Space Typhoon
(1) Nightmare's Steelcage
(1) Stumbling
(1) Swords of Revealing Light
(2) Shallow Grave

(10)Traps:
(2) Dark Bribe
(1) Mirror Force
(1) Dust Tornado
(1) Gravity Bind
(2) Negate Attack
(2) The Gift of Greed
(1) Waboku

I think that's right.

*edit* Possible things to add thanks to suggestions:
Warm Worm

i'd replace the 2 Negate Attacks and Waboku with 3 Threatening Roars, but beyond that it looks good.

Traditional(?) Format, deck-out... no Cyber Jar.

This deck auto-fails.

Where does it suggest Traditional Format?
What else would "TRA" in the title abbreviate?

Sadly, I saw it about 10 seconds before you posted this, and already erased the post. sweatdrop

It's a good suggestion but with waboku the battle phase still
takes place (just without damage and any monsters being
destroyed) so my monsters still get flipped up and their effects
activate. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Looks pretty good. I just realized I don't have a mirror force
listed in my deck and that's just stupid of me. *fixes that*

In a traditional format deck, Cyber Jar is an incredible card to use. It would mean 5 less cards in the opponent's deck and it allows you to set your milling monsters as well

If you're gonna put in Warm Worms, a Regretful Rebirth or two might not hurt. If anything, it's a very decent one-attack stall card and only gets better when using Warm Worm as a target.

EDIT: Also, Desert Sunlight, Desert Sunlight, Desert Sunlight! I didn't even see that you didn't have it in your deck.

Also, if this is a Traditional format build, you should also have Imperial Order, Yata Garasu, and Tsukuyomi.
