ooh. toughie. it's hard to build a sprit deck, even with all the support they have. but i do know of an amazing lock with them. spirit's invitation + any card that restricts your opponants attacks + inaba white Rabbit + spring of rebirth. you gain 1000 lp each turn, and only lose 500 each turn by spirit's invitation. it completely keeps your opponants field bare for attacks from monsters like muka muka.

this spirit deck was alot of fun when gravity bind and level limit - area b were at 2 each, minus the dark bribes and izanami, those came after the limiting.

Spring only does 500 so at the very best you will be kept even with Spirits Invitation and Spring of rebirth on the field. I used to have the spirits as a quick strike like that deck, but then they released Izanagi, and I decided that having Hino Kagu Tsuchi on the field permanently wasn't so bad.
