Only thing that crossed my mind was a Sangan to quicken the search even more...since 9 out of 16 Monsters have under 1500 attack.
Other than that...I can't really offer anything...though I've never been a fan of Card Destruction...outside of Darkworld decks.
Oh! and Starlight Road is situational based on your local meta. I've found that it's usually best to side it. Especially when you're only carrying it at one.
Overall, a solid deck premise. I'm glad to see people are taking it upon themselves to try new things.
