Mewtwo is definitly one of the strongest, it has the second highest special attack stat next to Deoxys Attack form. But it all depends on what you're talking as far as strongest. Arceus has the highest base stat total.

that is true but its def is really crappy and there are poekmon that are faster I day Darkrai would pwn any form of Deoxys.

you fools legendarys are the weakest in the game they only have one type and no strategic help any decent pokemon can take them all in a battle i know ive done it on many occasions

well as much as i agree with the love the magicarp guy here. i mean in terms of if game limits were removed.

(like SSMB jigglypuff can actually fight agianst mewtwo.....Blech...)

alright and ill also ask what would be the best all legendary team?

but how about we do it by highest average of all the base stats without any special enhancements

Doesn't Arcues have perfect stats, looking at the pokedex online? I have Arcues but I never raise him :/
