So basically a special attack is whenever a tamer uses a power up. Yes? Then if not, I know how to battle then. (: Can I graduate now?

A special attack can be used at any time and doesn't count as a card. You can use it at anytime (you don't have to be using a card at the same time) as long as you have the 30 mp available to do it. Make sure that you double the amount of dice that you normally roll and watch your damage skyrocket twisted
