At formal they played a bunch of My Chemical Romance( including Helena!) and all the cheerleaders and jocks just kind of stood off to the side and watched as me and all my friends had a mosh pit going on. That was the best night of my life.

They usually don't play a lot of cool stuff, mostly dance music... maybe you had someone cool working it razz

Awesome! Wish they could have done that at my school dances and my senior prom. It would have made it worth going- it was REALLY LAME.

The only reason they played those songs was because i brought in almost 100 dollars and voted for those songs.

At one of our school dances, I gave the librarian a CD with My Chem, HIM, and The 69 Eyes on it and had her give it to our DJ. XD I love our librarian.
People just stared as we danced and whatnot. Everyone knew it was us that had done it. It was better than the stupid rap s**t they were playing. >_>

I guess it has a lot more, err, "danceablility" to it, but I'd much prefer to hear HIM and MCR razz You can only take hearing "Promiscuous", "Fergalicious" and "1-2-Step" a certain number of times before you get sick of it. They played almost NOTHING that I liked. They did the Macarena, so that was okay. Almost every other song they played can go jump off a cliff.
