I was thinking of building a spellcaster/blackwing wing and i just need to know if this will work.
(using spell counters as part of the deck)

i don't believe Blackwings and Spell Counter decks are very compatible, if at all. i'd say just choose one and stick with it. i have a Spell Counter deck if you need help with that one.

Well if you somehow can use the dark attribute as the main base,well then.....?
Still kinda hard.
The only way I belive that you can combine both would be allot of protection to the blackwings from the spellcasters or backwards.
But if there is a will there is a way.

Old man Falconstein Well if you somehow can use the dark attribute as the main base,well then.....? most decks out there use DARK monsters, though half the time the Attribute similarity is just a coincidence.

I would say that Blackwings and Spell-Counting Casters wouldn't work well with each other since their playing styles don't mesh well together.

all i really wanna try it for blackwings swarming capabilities and spellcasters for their effects but i guess it might not work

Who gives a damn, if you wanna try it you should, maybe you end up building an awesome deck, who knows??? At least you are far more original than many guys who just build freaking "lightsworns or blackwing" deck or any of those meta decks.
All i am saying is that you are giving up and haven´t started yet, go for it.
