Well, I went to the dance single. No date.
There's this guy who I nearly dated about a year and a half ago.
Mind you, we haven't really spoke for a year.
A slow song was playing and I asked him to dance. I don't know, it was amazing. I've never slow-danced with him before, but it was way different than I'd ever danced. It was way better. After that we just went our separate ways and I asked him again at the next slow dance. He held my hand and lead me to a spot and it was amazing again.
I told him that I really liked him, he sad 'thank you'. and held my hand, brought me back to the cafeteria. I asked if he might want to go out with me, and he said 'I don't know.' so I apologized and then he said 'Probably' and left after he gave me a hug.
I couldn't stop thinking about him all night. I missed him a lot, and I really want to talk to him.

I'm thinking of actually asking him out sometime.
