I've liked most of the versions of TMNT though the original mirage comics and the Archie comic version are my favorites.
As to the cartoons I kind of prefered the 2K3 cartoon more at least during it's first few seasons.

Me and my brother and sisters used to pretend to be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
My favorite was Mikey but I was always Leonardo because my brother called Michelangelo.
