I finally decided to start one of these after waffling about it for months.
Background: I am a 22 year old female. Highest weight was 213 pounds. Currently at 178 pounds. Goal weight is 150 pounds.
Diet: I've always been athletic but gained a lot of weight after a horrible breakup because I binge eat. My binging has been under control for a year. I really need to eat more fruits and vegetables, but they bore me. My portions are usually good unless I'm eating pizza. I love pizza. I drink alcohol maybe once a week, often less.
Exercise: I am on the local fencing team and we fence once a week for two hours. I have a Wii Fit and try to use it twice a week for at least an hour, but I'm pretty bad about it. When it's not freezing cold out, I will run for a mile or two. But it's freezing cold right now.
