BDSM and Paganism?

Okay I found this book on Amazon and it got me thinking. For those creating their own path (and into BDSM), I can see how this could kind of work, but for others I'm not so sure. I haven't read the book--but I'm curious and wanted to hear what you guys think.

My opinion?
If you want to mix your religion and sex life, fine.
If you want to mix your sex life and your interest in BDSM, fine.
If you want to blend all three together- fine.

But do it with someone who isn't going to actually rape you if you decide not to go through with it.

I'll wander back through some of the older posts on the subject and pull up some links about the author.

I'm looking through PathWays and I'm having no luck.
I know some of the regs started talking about the experiences with specific groups. Any idea where that was?

I think the book mentioned reenacting a rape to help the victim get over the incident. Which I can say that I've not been raped but have come close so obviously it would be best to go on an individual basis on that one.

You misunderstand.
At the time we were discussing unwanted sexual acts upon an individual who was engaged in an ordeal.

Don't remember it being in pathways, sorry.

No worries. I could have sworn it was posted by Saint, Vi or Deo, and I thought it had been in Deo's thread- but I have been batting 0 for my searches lately.

The conversation I remember was started by someone new I think, but Vi was involved. I think it's in one of the huge threads like the bad mood one or the main chat one, but possibly in it's own thread.

Damn. I have no idea where to find it.

Do you have the link presented on it? I know it discussed the violation experienced in some of these so called "ordeals".
