hi im gonna start keeping a journal
i am about 190lb i weigh myself every day and so give or take 4-5 pounds
i would like to weigh 160 lb
right now i think my eating is fine so im gonna focus on drinking less soda and exercise more
my first goal is exercising 15 minutes every day for 2 weeks i have a hard time exercising at all so i think this is a good goal for my first week
no one has to read this but i would like to keep track of my progress
i need to remember to get a sports bra but i will work out in a regular bra in the mean time
