I thought I'd post a deck that I was currently working on, so... Blah. I thought I'd attempt Spirits just for shits and giggles.

Side Deck: Incomplete

I don't have a full Side deck, since I'm really bad at picking cards to side-in, so help would be appreciated. I would like help with the over-all deck, so some creative criticism would be great. I don't mind tweaks, but if you're just here to flame, please refrain from doing so, and leave.

lol -^^- sprit deck is a old one.. lol... hum`...... try using
Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi ^^ he will help.. normal spirt effect.. when this card inflict damage to oppodents Lp.. your oppodet Must discard all card in his/her hand before thay draw .. (no re-draw effect ) 2800 Atk 2900 Def 8 stars , fire element , Piro/ Sprit.

@Ino: I like the discarding effect, but the 2 tribute thing is what irks me. It would be useful if I summoned it while Future visions was in play, but if it isn't, it's goes back to my hand, which in all honesty, would make me cry...

No Inaba white rabbit? best spirit monster ever. I mean seriously, it attack directly then retreats to the hand. if your running a stall deck, all you need is inaba to piss your opponant off.
No spirit deck is complete without these three cards:

lol i agree the dicarding effect is very good.. so good the card was omost band like Thousan eyes restrict .. but.. yes it would return to hand at the end phase ... but -^^- .. there are commen Sprit Equip cards that stop that returning to hand effect and allso give it a new one / Persing damage (like E-hero Blade eged).ect.. .. if i find the cards/names i post them here if able -^^-

@Axean: I agree, Inaba is one of my fave "Hit-and-Run" cards, but I'm mostly going for an Asura-Honest Smackdown if you look closely. My stratey is to recycle Honest and Asura, and keep asura on the feild with Future Visions effect.
@Ino: An equip card that would be useful, would be spirit Burner. It comes back to the hand when the equiped monster bounces back to the hand... I think.

hrmm. the sole book of moon just doesn't cut it. run at least two. Remove your second solemn for it. (solemn is limited to one anyway).
The reckless greed will kill you in the end. run none, it's not the kind of deck that absolutely runs on nothing but draw power. In it's place add a torrential tribute.
That should put your deck at 40 and make it flow a bit smoother.
As for your side deck, not gonna cut it.
Take out the 2 Yamata Dragon, the ultimate offering and the 3 book of eclipse. Add 3 dust tornado, 2 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer, 2 D.D. Assailants and 2 Thunder King Rai-oh afterwards.
That puts your side deck at 15.

i agree with axean,
Inaba white rabbit is one of the best sprit monsters..
Spring of Rebirth
will give you 500 lifepoints when cards return to hand
Spirit's Invitation will level the playing field making your oppodents monster go to the hand when a sprit monster gows to your hand.
I found the equips and some other monsters
Fushi No Tori :1200/0 ,Winged Beast/Spirit ,Level 4
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, increase your Life Points by an amount equal to the Battle Damage.
Mirror of yata:
Equip only to a Spirit monster. The equipped monster does not have to have its effect that returns it to the hand activated. If it would be destroyed by battle, destroy this card instead.
Orb of yasaka:
Equip only to a Spirit monster. When it destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, gain Life Points equal to that monster's original ATK. When the equipped monster you control is returned to the hand and this card is sent to the Graveyard, return this card to your hand.
Sword Of Kusanagi:
Equip only to a Spirit monster. During battle, when it attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the equipped monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. When the equipped monster you control is returned to the hand and this card is sent to the Graveyard, return this card to your hand.
Sprit Burner:
Once per turn, you can change the battle position of the equipped monster to Defense Position. When the equipped monster is returned from the field to the hand and this card is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 600 damage to your opponent. If this card is in the Graveyard, you can add it to your hand instead of conducting a normal draw during your Draw Phase.

The deck seemed slow, so the Reckless was a last ditch effort to fill the gap. Torrential seems fime though.
Like I said, I can't put together a decent side deck to save my life.

I like your suggestions for the Side deck, but I only counted 9 cards in your suggestions. Was there anything in my (Crappy) attempt at a side deck that you kept?

Keep: 2 bottomless 1 royal oppression 2 Creature swap Add: 1 Book of moon 3 dust tornado 2 Rai-oh 2 Kycoo 2 D.D. Assailant In total your deck should then contain: 19 monsters 11 spells 10 traps 15 cards in side deck 9 Synchro Monsters Since your deck is any running specific tuners, your best bet for your extra deck is: Ally of Justice Catastor Black Rose Dragon Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier Colossal Fighter Goyo Guardian Magical Android Red Dragon Archfiend Stardust Dragon Thought Ruler Archfiend
