Fairy Decks seem to keep a pretty steady Hand, and since this guy has the effects of all three Heralds, He's gonna be a pain in the a**. Say hello to the Meta Game Fairy Deck people. With such a High Defense, It's not gonna be easy to run over any time soon. Especially since fairy decks can bring out their big beaters fast with Vahalla, It will be hard to keep a field steady enough to synchro summon. Card's that Can stop it's effect:Divine Wrath Skill Drain (Activated prior to it's summon)Macro Cosmos (Activated prior to it's summon)Dimensional Fissure (Activated prior to it's summon)Banisher of the Radiance Banisher of the Light Good ways to get rid of it:Judgement Dragon (attacking it duhr) (Lightsworn Varients)Sacrificing Totem Dragon for a Dragon with 2900 Atk or more (Dragon Decks)You better pray the opponant doesn't have any Fairy's in his hand when you try to pull off combos. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Perfect_HeraldThis card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Herald's Promise". You can send 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect and destroy it.

You can of course discard to negate Herald of Orange Light, Honest or Blackwing Kalut so they're not the best choices to get rid of it.
Also it relies on a strong hand of faries so it's not great.

actually Jevan, Herald of Orange Light, Honest and Kalut activate in the hand, and resolve in the grave, both areas are off limits to monster effect negations, so Honest and Kalut can make monsters run over it, and Herald Pops it.
Also, unless the user is a total retard, he's gonna let you set up your combo, and negate anything that will finish it, as well as stopping game breakers, so for the most part, it's just gonna sit there in Defense Mode protecting itself and stopping game breakers like Heavy and Mirror Force.

I don't know where people are getting this logic from, but that's not true. Perfect Herald does not specify the activation of effects having to be on the field, therefore there is no "barrier". Just like Divine Wrath and Gladiator Beast's War Chariot, it can negate any monster effect anywhere, so long as it activates.

I will not say this again, it can negate Honest and Kalut. It can negate any monster effect appart from a continuous effect no matter the location. It can negate Treeborn Frog in the Graveyard, it can negate Kuriboh along with many more.

If it can negate cards that activate in the hand or resolve in the grave, it's broken as ********.

Shakes head. axean, you just called a Ritual Monster broken. It's a Ritual Monster, it relies on Fairy-type monsters in your hand to work, how is that broken?
I REALLY need to educate this guild once my exams are over!
It is powerful but not broken, never broken. It's unlikely to make it to any meta decks unless powerful new cards I do not know about are released to support it.

As long as the opponant has fairys in hand, your pretty much screwed. And like i said, no one is gonna waste it's effect on anything that doesn't immeadiately harm it, so there is going to be a nice amount of fairys in your hand to choose from.
