It's rare for there to be a card that specifically counters an entire decktype. Aliens is one of those decks that doesn't have that kind of counter. Just build a good, powerful deck and, if you're lucky and skilled, you should win.

pretty easily. if they can't start manipulating A-Counters within the first three turns, it's GG aliens.

Well in order to stop the monster Manipulation you could try this. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Remove_BrainwashingThis card should help stop the main monster control strategy that the aliens use. I guess you could call this an oldy but goodie.

RAVEN x159 dont let them build A-counters keep bottomless on standby for their lvl 5 syncros and you got it yeah, A-Counters are pretty much their secrete weapons, just dont let them generate A-counters and if u can try eliminating them before your opponent can switch up his/her strategy

There are cards that can remove counters from the field, but is your meta all aliens or is there more, building a deck just for the soul purpose to beat one deck will then leave you open to defeat by other deck types, is this alien deck just for fun or is it in your meta? some details would be nice.
you can also use skill drain as a substitute in your side board.

hmmm Aliens might lack speed and relies too much on A-counters...so just swarm faster than they spread counters. if not skill drain their asses lol

I hate aliens. They don't even need A-Counters to wipe your field with Planet Pollutant Virus.
Just have to move faster than they do.
